Captain Theo is a highly experienced Master Mariner Unlimited with over two decades of command experience on both charter and private superyachts. Greek and based in Athens, he is known for his calm leadership style, professionalism, and friendly approach, ensuring guests feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment they step onboard. Most recently, Theo has been Captain of the 49.5m Codecasa M/Y AWAYs in the Eastern Mediterranean, making him an excellent match for M/Y MARIU. With his strong local knowledge, he excels at planning smooth itineraries and delivering seamless, safe and memorable charter experiences. Married with five children, Theo brings warmth and balance to life onboard. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming, diving, water sports and fishing, and is always happy to share his passion for the sea with guests.
